Edit 10/25/19: I discovered a while back that if I use a coffee bean grinder to turn it into a powder, it works perfectly as a spice, & at one of the lowest prices around!Edit: I just realized this is a Tea. At the top of the page only after purchase it states, "You purchased this item on December 29, 2018. Flavor: Organic Lemongrass Herb Tea 3.53oz".I am not happy that it does not say that on the packaging. That explains why I don't like the flavor & texture of it as a spice.Original review:I like to use dried Lemon Grass as a spice in cooking. My favorite brand first became way too expensive, & than became unavailable. I tried a couple other brands (it's not easy to find; for the last 2 1/2 years I've only found it on Amazon & Whole Foods which Amazon owns) & wasn't happy with the brands I tried.To be honest, this looked interesting especially because you get quite a bit for the money (Apparently Lemon Grass is not cheap).Unfortunately, the flavor doesn't come through in cooking (mostly stir Fry, I've tried it also in saute & just as a spice). The biggest problem is the texture. This is much harder & larger cut than the brand I preferred (& that my fav Vietnamese restaurants use). The texture really got in the way of enjoying the food, & it doesn't add a lot of flavor.A couple other reviewers mentioned this product as a tea, which is what got me wondering; though it does say "Spice" on the packaging.Possibly a thinner grind would address my unhappiness, but until then this will last for awhile, as it doesn't weigh a lot by volume; 3 1/2 ounces is quite a bit, even if it doesn't sound like a lot.

I think it is to fine for my steeper, but I really need this product, helps in Vertigo.

good tea like it a lot I mix it with other teas like jiaogulan .I know keep buying this tea.

Pretty good amount in the bag. Very faint scent so I added essential oil to it. Used for making my own natural incense and potpourri.
