Not too thick to put down,front door opened well,just the right size for my hall.

Advantages of this product are that it is fairly thin and flexible and has small grip spikes that will not damage carpets. Annoyingly it was despatched folded rather than rolled, which means that it will not lie flat straight out of the packing. Its light weight means that it may move easily.

You can see in the product image that this arrives rolled. Look closer and you'll also see a bump in the unrolled section. I assumed this would drop out in time, but several months of continual use later, it is still bumpy. It's obviously not ironable and putting heavy items on the bumps hasn't solved this. But it is waterproof, non slip and thick enough to do its job.

This was used on a busy thoroughfare from the front door into the house and protected the hallway carpet from all the usual stains from wet shoes and boots etc. A great purchase.

Used it to protect carpet coming into home beyond doormat but it doesnt grip as intended on carpet, makes it slip across carpet ... and you with it

Ideal for what we wanted protect new carpet in the hallway would recommend

item as described but little bit thin

There is no weight to it . Doesn’t stay put or flat. Trip hazard so threw it away
