I've been using this product for years. Helps recovery after a workout. My only complaint was in the shipping. Please stop putting them in uninsulated mailing bags. One bottle was smashed and the pills leaked and every pill was stuck together. Not good

I have used these aminos for many years now. What I like is that they cover a broad spectrum as opposed to singular types of aminos.
