Stocking Filler
This was bought as a stocking filler for my 5 year old who likes building things and seeing how they work. It was a little difficult for him as some of the blocks have connections and some don't but with a bit of help he managed to make the lights flash and the gear turn. It's really not a big kit however the blocks match the duplo blocks we have - so we found our box of duplo (which hasn't been looked at recently) and built some things using the electronic blocks and the duplo blocks - which was quite successful.By itself, the kit would be fine for an 8 year old to muck around with - but actually quite nice to add to old duplo to make it a bit more interesting.I have added some photos of the kit combined with our duplo - note the kit doesn't come with batteries (AAs) but I have included the batteries in the photo to give an idea of the size of the kit.

Perfect present for a school friend
I got this for an 8th birthday present. The recipient is very into science and how things work. When it arrived I was quite shocked at how small the box was. It looks a lot bigger in the photos. However it was very well received and the little girl apparently loves it. I will definitely be buying again for more presents.

Good idea
I do like these bricks and so does my little boy but also a few dislikes first of the base where the battery go had no screws to hold it together so it constantly falls of which is frustrating secondly they can be pretty hard to separate at times but they do light up well and keep my little boy happy would be good if you could buy other sets to add on.

Christmas gift, not yet opened.
This is a gift for Christmas for my son who is 8, they have been learning about circuits at school and he has been really interested.The box was smaller than I expected, although I don’t know how small the pieces inside are.

Really good toy
Arrived quickly, well packaged and my 8 year old really enjoys using this alongside her science equipment. I thought there may be more in the box but there’s enough to build some decent things with.

Good for little aspiring engineer
I bought this for my 5 year old nephew. Although it states 8+, he didn’t have bigger issues working it out. Very good gift idea for a little aspiring engineer 😊
