These little guys are amazing!I chose the ones in White and have been using them on the train, working out, office work etc. Not a single thing I'm unhappy about!The case is a tough and heavy opening to fit the pods as they charge! You can tell which is L or R based on the shape and color (R dot = Right Ear).They charge very fast as I can usually get 3-4 hours if I just leave it in for 20-30 mins in case. Case itself holds up to 20-24 which I find to be true as I usually for 2-4 days without needing to charge the actual case.The case is USB Type C so you may need to buy a USB C cable to USB A or USB C (if you want fast charging).Connection is SOLID, I occasionally get a slight cutoff but that is due to blocking my IPhones bluetooth receiver area on the device. Only gripe is that sometimes both don't connect at the same time when selected on Bluetooth menu but no worries as you just hold the L ear pod (the R ear pod is the master pod) and they will both make a sound to let you know they are both connected!Right ear bud is used for sound up and down, Left is to change songs next or back, holding L is to summon Siri, holding R is to connect/search Bluetooth. One tap on each ear is Pause.Sound for calls is a hit or miss, really depends if you are around other people or in a quiet place. Quiet place calls the mic is better while noisy environments will pick up sounds.I love the color, love the sleek design, and i LOVE LOVE the sound! I can't hear sh*t my coworkers say as these block all noise at the right sound level and tip.Comes with tips and such but I really like the default for my ears.Overall this thing is CHEAPER than Airpods Pro and better than Airpods Type 1 (any generation).And it's actually IPS waterproof, won't risk it but good to know slight water/rain won't impair function or affect it!

I really love my wired earbuds from RHA. I've always found them to sound amazing, cancel outside noise very well, and fit comfortably. I was expecting the same sound experience with these wireless earbuds, but I was disappointed. The sound quality is really not great. I didn't try them on a phone call, but as for music, it's not super enjoyable. I personally couldn't get them to fit in my ears well, despite trying out all provided sizes. Even still, the sound was pretty flat and empty. EQing them in Spotify helped a little, but still pretty meh. I'm returning them and trying a different kind.

My husband bought me these for working out. They are just ok as I just can't hear the music loud enough and they also fall out of my ears easily.

Left ear bud worked first time I got them out of the package and they weren't fully charged. The next morning, after charging them fully and turning them on for my run, the left one didn't work amd the right one had a couple of times were the music skipped. Stayed in ears during walk with my dog that likes to pull pretty well= 2 stars. Disappointed they didn't work.

It really depends on what and how you use these Headphones. I don't think they have the best sound quality, but it serves it's purpose. Noise cancellation isn't that great. It doesn't completely cancel external noise. I like them for what they are and they're okay. I would recommend buying other headphones for better sound quality and noise cancellation. Battery life is good.

The sound is great however connectivity problems are real. Once in my ears, I’m constantly hear a sound signaling when connected and when . I liked the sound and was really hoping the problem would go away. I purchased these for a lot of money from Brookstone. Hopefully I can return these and get a refund.

Sounded ok, however due to the connection issues I had to return. Once initially connected they would work ok but then if you try to reconnect only 1 ear would work.When they did work the sound was ok but not worth the connection issues. I can't recommend these.

I do love these beauties. Admittedly I haven't used other true wireless earphones for comparison but these compare well to all the wired earphones I have used in terms of sound and I haven't had any issues with connectivity etc. They fit well and haven't dropped out with fairly vigorous walking. I would be fairly comfortable running in them though I haven't tried yet. Perfect for my hour train commute as the block out most outside sound and the battery life is excellent especially with the pretty little carry / charging case.

I bought these as a replacement, I find theses ones don’t connect to my phone very well and the battery in the case just doesn’t last. This is a real shame because these are awesome headphones.

Got these delivered in the evening and they literally broke down the next morning. Wow.Everything else about the product was fantastic, sound, comfort, isolation. But wtf it broken down on the first day. Little searching shows this to be a common issue. Avoid this product.

These true connect wireless earphones are not what they say they are. Last Christmas I bought two pairs of the earphones and both had serious connection problems with the earphones themselves and my phones.
