A Superb Resource and Great Fun For Play.
These are excellent.I've used pattern blocks for years.In the 70s and 80s there was a massive push towards 'hands on experiential learning'.Make no mistake these are one of the finest resources a primary teacher can have.Not just pattern and sorting activities.I have used then for angles, (so easy to demonstate that an eqilateral triangle has angles of 60 when 3 on em make a straight like.Enlargement,double the sides so area is increased.the list goes on and on.make no mistake that great wheel of education will come full circle again and the trend to 'rediscover' this type of apparatus will come around.They also make wonderful patterns too.

Missing parts
I ordered this as a gift two months ago for my son’s birthday. We have just opened it today and the yellow square pieces all seem to be missing, meaning we can’t do any of the card patterns that come with it. The return window was end of September meaning we are left with a gift that we cannot use. Very disappointing.
