I was very impressed with these stakes. I got them to hold down my chain link fence to keep my dogs from tunneling out. These are very strong and did not bend, even when I would hit a rock. I like that both sides of the stake go completely over the fence wire and down into the ground, and not just a little hook that goes over the wire. This will make them much harder (or impossible) for the dogs to pull out. I highly recommend these. I may even buy more for another side of my fence just as a precaution.

I bought these because my neighbors dog likes to get stuck under the fence between our yard and I needed to keep everyone involved safe. These went in easy and are pretty sturdy in holding the fence in place. There were two that had week angles and broke, but 2 out of 50 is not bad. I would definitely recommend these to anyone needing to secure a fence.

These work GREAT! I used them to anchor chicken wire to the ground to keep a beagle out of my rabbit's pen. Dont ask how we ended up w a beagle and a rabbit. We arent smart people. The pointed edges meant I could push them halfway into the ground before I had to whack it a couple of times w a hammer. I had zero trouble and I'm a 40-something year old woman. No breakage. Of the spikes or me. Would buy again!

I love these. I bought them to help tack down my chicken wire I am putting at the base of my fence to keep my dogs from digging under. These are long and really go down deep to keep it more secure. I also used them in places where the chain link is too high off the ground to provide extra strength/ barrier. Love the tapered edge cause it isn’t as hard as others to push down in the ground.

I have a raised garden and the smaller stakes just didn't do the job as my soil is mixed with coir, pearlite, mulch, and worm casings, making it lightweight. These stakes are used to hold down plastic mulch, the ends of my drip hose and any other hold down job in the garden. They are definitely long enough to do the job well. If you are going to invest in garden stakes I recommend these highly.

I bought these to protect new flowering plants I had just purchased which were being devoured by our local herd of deer (despite the nursery banner saying they were deer resistant!) I created a bridge of one on each side of each plant & covered with landscape netting. I used small clips (like those used in place of pins in quilting; tiny binder clips would work, too) to hold them in place, which made it much quicker. It worked! No more deer nibbles, & pretty flowers. Although I do wonder how bees were able to pollinate. I'll probably try something easier next year which would allow the bees in & keep the deer out.

I have several yard ornaments such as a iron rose trellis and a forged iron trellis and gate. The ground where these items were placed is soft and I needed support. This item was exactly what I needed. I used 4 for each, placed them where needed and hammered them into the ground. Just so you know, these two items were handed forged and are not light pressed metal. I would recommend these for any yard items you may need to anchor.

We used these to prevent my dog from escaping under our fenced in yard. They were easy to use, sturdy and hold well. I am going to be purchasing more to secure the rest of our fence. Definitely recommend!

Useless. Flimsy and bent as you put them into the ground. Coat hanger wire would have been stronger.
