Good for bread making
This ascorbic acid is a bit more pricey than the other ascorbic acid I was ordering previously, but that one went out of stock, so I got this one. I use it for bread and bun making, it works well. It's good that it has a resealable packet to preserve it

Very good product. Purity can be ascertained by readily soluble powder. Good in taste without any additives.
