Where’s the sharpener?
I was sooooo excited to find BB long wear eyeliner on Amazon and the opportunity to get it on auto ship!!! This has been my one and only for years! But when it arrived it wasn’t in the wider box, nor did it have the sharpener like the pics show. Plus, like others, it fell out of the shell but I was able to get it back in okay. I’m going to keep it but sure wish I got the one that’s in the pics.

It is the BEST eyeliner. Soft, smooth and last for a long time. Highly recommend. Quick delivery. Arrived in good shape

Frustrated...
I purchased this back in June, just opened it this week, and after I took it out of the box and pulled off the cap, to use, the pencil point inside-about 3-4" of it- fell completely out of pencil casing, onto the floor, and broke in two! I had no problem at all with the first one I'd bought last year. For $35, I expected a better product... Frustrating, as my return date has now passed...

Pencil broke upon opening
Love the color and the texture of this pencil. HOWEVER as several others have noted, the pencil is super fragile--- around 1/8 inch broke off after I opened it. An expensive loss... don't recommend buying through Amazon.. Maybe a store purchase better.
