Im tall 1,65 m ( 5.4 feet) , 98 pounds .im skinny and I have little fat belly . I Bought the one size Small with 14 hooks and it fit me perfectly from my under belly all the way to right under my breasts. It also helps me to keep my back straight up . If you are shorter than me , you should get the shorter one ( 7 to 12 hooks) . It is very good quality and strong . You should get size M if you are over 105 pounds .After 1 month use every day my belly stay in a very good shape, now I can confident to wear short top for this summer coming .

I love the 4 hooks, and price. I had an Anna Chery before and I liked it but this one is just the same if not better, with a more affordable price. I bought the small one and it fits perfectly. I’m 5 2” 135lbs. I’m almost 4 months postpartum, I decided to order it because I need the support for my abdominal muscles and back since my upper body is still weak.I started on the 3rd hook and 3 days later I’m on the first one, I feel like it’s helping my muscles to close. It feels comfortable. I wear it about 6 hours a day.

I love this waist trainer! It’s very comfortable. I wore it under all my clothes and it’s definitely not visible when wearing underneath. I’m able to bend down and breathe regularly. I will say I am allergic to latex and being that it’s latex on the inside it does give me a little rash besides that con. I love it! Also I got it in a small and I am a small, my waist size is 26 and it fits perfect. it also has hooks to slim down to an xs if needed

I’m 5’0 weighing 135ish I got a small. Fits perfectly.I LIVE FOR A GOOD FAJA.Update: since I bought this summer 2020 I have had to buy two more. the ribs don't stay in place they tend to stretch out or fall out.. bummer

Arrived immediately and packaged nicely. I'm a girdle queen and this is the best waist trimmer for exercising. I absolutely love it- it's comfortable and has great support. I'm 5'5" 150lbs and purchased a Small. It's fits nicely- if you're looking for a waist trimmer for exercising, i recommend this one. I'm purchasing another one for my daughter

This is the best corset I’ve ever had. Just what I needed after my tummy tuck for support. It doesn’t ride up like others, the material is rubbery but absorbent. I love it. I’m 120 lbs, waist is about 25” and I got a size small.

I loved this product when I first got it. It fit well and I loved the way it made by body look over clothing... until I felt this horrid pain and itch from my skin. I took it off and my whole stomach and back was red itchy patches. Apparently it has happened to many people who have bought this product. It is a chemical burn please do not buy

The waist trainer is fine. I put it on normally standing up in a mirror, it fits fine then suddenly I see the metal part sticking out. I don’t understand why it keeps doing this with the corsets I get because this has been the second time.
