VINTAR 8-Packs Disk Lights, LED Solar Ground Lights, In-Ground Waterproof Lights with 8 Cool White LEDs for Garden Pathway Yard, Driveway, Lawn.

I tried them as path lighting. These lamps are actually too bright (harsh blue-white light, not soft warm white), and the light shines straight up and not onto the ground. The path remains dark and you can't see the width of it. Plus the super bright lights shine in your eyes and are quite blinding and very uncomfortable. It's equally as dangerous as walking in the dark. I didn't find them helpful for navigating a path safely, and am sending them back.I would also not find them good for garden lighting. If I put lights into the garden beds, I want the pretty greenery or flowers to be illuminated, which these won't do.

About 6 months ago I purchased solar disk lights from Vintar, Loren, and Sunco. After 6 months of use through the summer and into almost winter I can say that the Vintars are the clear winner.Sunco - in the beginning these lights looked great and stayed on all night in the summer. After a short time I noticed the battery life lasting earlier into the night and now that it's close to winter they hardly stay on at all. When they do work I probably like the light these give off the best out of all of them because it's a bright white but the battery life after a few weeks is a drawback. I'm also not crazy about the chrome look since I have these sitting in black mulch. I'd prefer black lights for my setting.Loren - the story with these is very similar to the Sunco's except the major difference with these is that the light is more yellow than white. I prefer the light of the Sunco's over the Loren's, but the Loren's have a slightly better battery life.Vintar - these lights have by far the best battery life. They stay on the entire night from sunset to sunrise, even in November when the days are short. I've had these for 6 months and they still work great. The light on these has a blue tint, but it's not as blue in person as the pictures show. The blue is nice, but depending on your setting you may want a bright white instead. For my shed and garden area I wish they made these without the blue tint but for my pond that I'm building the blue tint will be great. I love these lights and recommend them over the other brands that I tried.

I purchased these lights because the design make's them a step above the rest, larger solar panel to collect more sun they are all black to absorb more sun that why these lights are so much brighter and last longer.Thank you

I made the correct choice to purchase the VINTAR 8 LED Solar Ground Light. From my experience they product is much much better or the best compare to other similar LED Solar Ground lights. They have the beautiful design and works exactly as the advertising. They are super bright and power is last as they said on the description 10 hours.First I bought 8 just to try out but then I bought 8 more and third set. They are so beautiful works great for my yard.I strongly recommend this product to any body.

I purchased 12 of these solar lights at the end of July, 2019. I only installed one box of 4 the 1st week or August. After 3 weeks the 1st light began to have problems (not lighting or defaulting to "Flash" mode each evening). 2 weeks later 2 additional lights stopped working completely and last week the 4 failed as well. Upon removal I found all 4 were full of water. These units cannot be disassembled for cleaning (no screws, pressed plastic) so all 4 are trash. Shaking them lets some water out from several points. Probably the same points where the water got in. I have 8 remaining, unused in their boxes and will be requesting a return and refund for all 12. One more issue. There were mounted in River Rock below Stick Holly bushes and they could only light the 1st 4 to 6 inches of the bottoms of each bush. Very limited in light output for 8 LEDs.

I have spent lot of money on so called "solar lights" just to find out that after a month or so, they light up for two hours or so even with direct sunlight all day. finally, I ran into these lights and I can say these lights will stay on for over 10 hours. I know they are kind of pricey at $57 but they are worth every penny, they are bright and look very nice at night.

I brought these back in May 2019, and it is now October (5 months later) and out of 16 pcs. - 2 boxes maybe 4 or 5 are still working. They were looking very nice the first two to three weeks and little by little they started going out. My overall rating is a 1 i would given it a 0 but it wouldn't submit my survey otherwise. This is my only item brought that i was VERY DISSATISFIED!

Outstanding light. Very bright white LEDs that put a great accent on my flower bed. Plan to purchase more.
