I’ll be sending this horrible thing back. It worked for one week and the transmitter stopped working. It will blink orange and red when on the charger and will not stop then when you unplug it it will not turn on. The receiver and headset are fine. It took several tries to fix the problem when I feel if it came with clearer instructions and troubleshooting it would have taken less time because it was an easy fix. Provide better instructions and you have a great product.

I purchased this just in case there was an issue with the mic that I use in my gym for classes. Its good for a quick fix, but not long term!

The great advantage is it's wireless, lightweight and easy to operate once connected. Had to reduce a star rating because initial device pairing is not fun. Manual says its pretty simple but for me, it's not easy going. Other than that it works great.

The headset piece didn’t charge originally. I received a total new unit within 2 days and it worked great.

I got this mic for a voice recording of a video presentation. I did not want to spend alot thats the reason i opted for this mic.When i finished my recording, there was a hiss noise in my recording, it was disappointing. Then i used noise eemoval feature of my editing software and increased the gain to max and voila ! the noise was gone. sound was CRISP AND CLEAR. So impressive !It comes with dual charging usb which is quite convenient for charging both mic and reciever at the same time.I would say nice mic for this price.

It charges easily, and you wont find anyhting easier to use.

Using for speech to text for a hard of hearing friend. She like this microphone so much she bought one for herself to use.
