I found that using a hair dryer to heat and set after placing the product was helpful in adhering it to my bathroom tile.

Gets the job done, looks pretty nice, but needs a little glue
Definitely gets the job done! I replaced the vinyl flooring in my kitchen in the home my rent and the guy did a terrible job! All around the perimeter there were gaps and ugly cuts. I was looking for a quick and easy solution to cover up the quarter inch spacer so between the vinyl on the wall and this trim definitely did it. It's very easy to trim and apply but I would definitely recommend a little extra glue. You can see some before and after photos I posted.

Looks great but not for heavy water use areas
This stuff looks great for along counter tops and molds perfectly and flawlessly around a toilet base. However, I would not recommend for around tub areas, on the floor next to shower or tub, or any other heavy water areas such as sinks. Does not create a tight seal. This adheres much easier if you heat up first. I put it in an old microwave (no food goes in this microwave it just used for DIY projects *works great for self stick tile projects!) I subtracted 1 star because the adhesive is blue and dries blue so in areas where the adhesive squeezes out (mostly at the ends)it stands out on the white surface. I found a way to avoid this is to peel some of the adhesive off of the ends before sticking down. Wish they could find a way to create an adhesive that dries clear.

Fantastic Trim!
This trim is fantastic!! Looks great. Fairly easy to use. I used in my downstairs bathroom sink. I removed a mirror which bumped right against the sink and left a small gap, rust stains and residual caulk. This trim left a very clean smooth appearance.Tips:- Be careful that the edges of the strip don't fold over into the glue strip when pressing into place.- Clean rust and remove existing caulk. Then wipe area with isopropyl alcohol prior to installing.- Read instructions first😏.I would definitely purchase again. This was a great deal and looked 100 times better than if I (retiree and novice handy-woman) attempted to caulk. Thanks Amazon!

Not brown, more like tan
Can't tell you how well it works because I had to send it back due to the color. It's not "brown" it's tan. (See photo) I'm renovating parts of my RV and needed BROWN to match what's in here from the manufacturer, I ordered BROWN and this clearly isn't going to work. It also isn't "ivory" shipped to me in error. I don't know what you call it, I just know it's not BROWN.UPDATE Jan. 2017 - While that original color didn't work for me, the president of the company has been trying to reach me and I just found out about it. He's going to let me try the TWO NEW BROWN SHADES at no cost to see if one of those will work for me. THAT right there is excellent customer service!!!UPDATE JANUARY 22, 2017 - The two new browns have arrived. The chocolate brown is beautiful!!! The other is nice too but the chocolate seems like it would work in a great deal of applications. I'm going to finish my project and then decide which to use as both really are very nice. The adhesive on them has also been upgraded since my original order which included white (Oct. 2016) and the original worked just fine for me in the bathroom. I haven't had any problem with it coming off or not sticking. This Instatrim is a Godsend for giving your projects a nice clean finish. I like it so that I've also ordered it in black, gray and another double roll of white which should be shipping out today. I'm not sure if the gray will match what I'm doing in my kitchen but if I don't order it I'll never know, right?Overall, this is a GREAT product, phenomenal customer service. You really can't go wrong.

Did the job!
Let's start off by saying this is DIY plastic molding with a blue sticky tack adhesive. With that being kept in mind, it truly did a great job here on the area between my wood floor and sheetrock going down into my basement. I didn't need any further adhesive and it's stayed on over a week now. Go for it. It can be pulled right off as well so there's no remorse. Be careful on edges and the end as the stick tac will show. The more careful you are the better result you will get.

Nice clean edges!
This product served as the perfect finishing touch to my DIY stair project. It Adheres to any 90 degree space with a bead of old school blue tack. It's tack, so you really need to get some friction going to meld it into the corners. If it gets hairy/dusty/wet before it's stuck into its final destination, you may need to use additional reinforcement for secure adhesion. But if you do it right at the outset, it stays put. The first set of stairs I did leads to the garage and is high traffic and it is still in place after 5 months. I imagine salt and mud in the winter might give it some trouble but, again, nothing some caulk or silicon couldn't resolve. The tack make it so clean and easy! Also, it is very easy to clean because it is vinyl. It prevents all those tiny pieces of stuff from getting into the cracks between the wall and stairs. Love it!

Waste of Money
I tried to use this on an area I previously had used silicone on. I scraped that all off and used a wire brush and everything. I could not get this to stick no matter what. Silicone may be messy and a pain, but at least it works! I was so excited to see this come out, I have an old house and it is only standing because of silicone, kidding, but you get the general idea. I thought this would be a wonderful alternative, but it just turned out to be a big disappointment and a total waste of money.
