Sterno ActionStation Culinary 7,000-BTU Butane Stove

This is absolutely a wonderful product however did not make it clear enough for me and my sister who purchased one that the view Kane gas tank does not come with the unit so we get these units to help us through the hurricane and no butane tank and all stores closed. We are both very detailed people and it should be in bold letters or underneath the price of the unit does not include the butane tank must buy the tank people purchase these type of products in emergency situations so you have to make it very clear. As far as the product goes its a 5 but the marketing of it is A1 because they did not make it clear enough and it looks like from the picture that the tank is in there

This is our second portable workstation stove. I used to live in Japan so this is very familiar to me as a cooking essential. We use this indoors and outdoors without any issues (besides very windy days). We were afraid at first about staining since we are messy cooks but this hasn't been a problem and we have used it many times. It does cost a little more than plain black ones but who can complain with the stainless steel appearance?! It's gorgeous and works great - nice quality.

Super storm Sandy made me wish I had a gas stove. Bought this, so now I do! The burner exceeds my expectations of design and functionality. It actually boiled a kettle of water faster than my glass electric cooktop. Definitely recommend.

we bought this stove to use it with a Mexican deep frying "comal" that is a wide not too deep pot. We wanted to be able to fry outside in order to eat fried fish, and Latin American fried dishes without stinking up the house. The stove did a good job! Each butane tank last about 2 and a half hours of non-stop at full heat cooking.

While I'm mostly a motorcycle camper - Honda CT90, '67 - I spend some weekends car camping in New York State's fabulous state forests. This is now an essential part of my kit. Doubled as an extra burner while canning fig jam the other night, too. Best one of it's type. Sleek, sexy...delivers.

Great burner and nice looking. Comes with a nice storage container also. Butane cans are super cheap to buy at your local Asian market.

Used this stove 1 time for 20 minutes. Removed the butane can and it was very hot. I have 2 other butane stoves and after cooking, butane can is cool to the touch. I am lucky the canister did not explode. I am never using this stove again. I returned item back to amazon. 1 thing about this stove it looks VERY nice. Nice but deadly!!

Purchased two of these to use as a portable cooking station for events. Work great, not too bad on fuel consumption. As a note, buy your fuel at local Asian market. I find their pricing is much better than any mail order deal, I typically am paying just over $1.00 per cartridge.
