Nearly perfect!
Moves around a bit too much when doing HIIT, especially if it involves bear crawls/burpees, but it is sturdy and adds a good level of resistance to training. Could do with another strap of some sort right at the bottom to secure it a little better.

Good weight for bone deficiency. but I assume all weighted vests will be taxing on the shoulder.
