This is the first time in years that I've been able to eat almonds without it upsetting my stomach. Sprouting nuts, seeds, and grains has been a game changer for me. This brand is amazing, I have bought walnuts, pepitas, cashews, and sunflower seeds and they all taste amazing. The almonds specifically have a wonderful texture. They are a bit smaller looking in length compared almonds you see at the store, but they have such a satisfying crunch to them almost like they've been roasted. All of their activated nuts and seeds have a less bitter taste since the sprouting process gets rid of the phytic acid. I don't think I'll ever go back to store bought unsprouted nuts again after having these. This is high praise coming from me.

Excellent product! Organic & sprouted! Sprouting is very important bc it removes the phytic acid, so it makes the almonds easier for your body to digest. It also helps your body absorb the nutrients. Sprouted nuts are also more nutritious than raw or just soaked nuts.

Sorry, these almonds smelled badly and tasted extremely old. Almost scary to eat even. The three them out. No way were they fresh! Extremely dry etc

Regular almonds. Not sprouted. A little dry and hard to eat. Not much flavor.

The ones I got were very dry, but not crisp, with dull flavor. The Pecan Shop's sprouted almonds are much better.
