Works good. Could use something softer for arm pit area. Fabric is rough there.

Works! But cuts off circulation to your chest so size up.

It serves the purpose for me for posture reminder. According to the size chart I am Medium but I am glad I took the advises of the previous buyer’s review and I ordered one size up. Sorry that I did! * You don’t need a size up, because after few wears it becomes very comfortable. I had bought two different brand posture corrector before & THROUGH them away right away. The first one after weeks waiting came from China and it was not like the picture at all that they presented in Amazon. The send one had a cardboard in the back and I couldn’t tolerate not even more than a minute! Yes I highly recommend this one.

This is super helpful for relieving chest fatigue and shoulder strain throughout the day. It’s also great for shaping and creating a lovely sillohutte.

Now I'm not saying I'm Quasimodo but I don't stand straight either. (Bad habit or back injury, I don't know)It just didn't seem like it straightened my posture and you have to wear something that completely covers your back and neck. Since some of it peeks through the neck area.It didn't work for me... the choice is yours, of course.

Good item if you are looking to correct posture! In my experience nothing works as well as this type of chest brace. OK value for the price not wide enough to actually work properly. I order a size large and it fits ok. it may take you a bit to get used to it but know that it works and it does get easier to use.
