Worked well on my Regina chain
The OEM chain on my motorcycle was a Regina and the company I was buying new sprockets from sold Regina chains and had a discount if you bought the set so I ended up with another Regina chain. I have never replaced a chain myself before or used one of these tools so it was a bit of a learning experience but everything ended up just fine and I didn't break anything. The biggest thing I didn't like was hammering the 2 pins (I could have used the clip-style master link but I wanted to "do it right" and not worry about it) at the end of the process and I think the biggest problem I had was just getting a good backing on the tool. I was doing this myself and it was hard to hold the tool, with the punch part in place, something behind it to provide backing and swing the hammer...all while hunched over next to my bike. Think of it like trying to drive a nail into the end of a board that is overhanging the edge of a table...the board will flex and absorb the energy so it's hard to drive the nail in vs if the board was laying on the table. Once I got a better setup I was able to rivet the pins to a similar diameter as the rest of the links.

Pricey but necessary tool for Regina chains
Amazon had the best price of any seller. Nice good quality tool. Works okay as any other chain tool would. A must if you do your own maintenance.
