As a podiatric surgeon, I've used all kinds of surgical instruments. I was looking for a fine blade curved 4 1/2" iris scissor. I was surprised that when I recieved it, it was 99% as good as a pair I got from a conference that I run, which cost 3x the price.

I am a dermatologist and use a lot of small scissors. I can pay over $100 for a pair of this type scissors. These are very sharp and cut tissue very well. I am quite impressed for the price.
