The main brace is lovely. I'm wearing mine over a tee shirt and am very comfortable, at present. I've got two much older braces which had padding on the arm straps. I saved them to put on this brace, but can't without cutting the pads and then, restitching them. That would be all right, except for the colour, but what's colour against comfort.I wish I could suss what the two stretchy straps, attached to the main belt were for? I can't figure them out yet. They seem to have no purpose except to give a bit more support around your middle? But there are two of them, and they both have velcroed ends. So what are they for? I'd like to think I was getting the full support offered by this brace. It's very supportive so far. If I could make use of those two extra straps, that would give me more spinal support, perhaps? That's what I bought this brace for as my spine is often in agonising pain. Other than that little niggle, I love this support. Very warm to wear, too.

A well made product which seems quite supportive but sadly the neoprene smells to high heavens. I smell like hot water bottle rubber whenever I've been wearing it. Hopefully this will wear off in time though.

The size it is very large,i followed the instruction from the ad and by doing that i bought the l,xl size,when tie it up velcro it is going over the other side of material

Purchased this to use whilst playing golf as I was getting a little bit of back ache when playing, it is comfortable to wear and does a good job of helping with your posture, so far I have found it a really good purchase.

I’ve been wearing this for approx 1-2 hours per day for a week. I think it is too soon to tell if it will help my pain long term, but it’s certainly comfortable and provides relief while wearing it. The material is better quality than expected. My only negative is that it is a bit long for my torso, as I am only 5 ft tall, the waist band is almost on my hips. I think this means that I don’t feel the full benefit. Other measurements are very adjustable though - ie around the waist and shoulder straps.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t give 0 star, but it’s not doing the job and it’s so thick.I don’t recommend

Long time back pain sufferer, I bought this out of desperation. So glad I did, it isn't a magic cure but if does provide relief. So pleased with it I told my friend who also suffers from chronic back pain. Again the relief it provides whilst being worn is wonderful. Nothing will cure back pain, but this lumbar, shoulder support will give a short term pain relief. Wearing it for long periods it becomes uncomfortable. However, for walking round the shops, it makes it possible. Before I got the support, I had difficulty walking anywhere without pain, now at least I can spend 15 to 20 minutes browsing around a favourite shop.

Too large for a petite person and does not fit well.
