Q: what software comes with the terminal?

No software is included in the RX300 box. RX300 is compatible with the following virtualization platforms: vSpace Pro, VERDE VDI, vSpace for Linux, and Microsoft RDS. vSpace Pro may be downloaded at NComputing.com

Q: What is the difference between the red and green RX300?

RX300 only comes with Red sides - it is compatible with vSpace Pro, vSpace for Linux, VERDE VDI, and Microsoft RDS. The device that looks similar but has green sides is called the RX-HDX, and it is specific to the Citrix platform.

Q: Does this come with all licenses?

RX300 itself does not requires any other license to pay to manufacturer. Its vSpace client mode has perpetual license unlike early days version (2017 manufactured unit had 1 or 3 year license but after 2018, all units come with perpetual license). AMP (annual maintenance plan) is optional item if you want to use vSpace Pro Enterprise edition. But vSpace Pro 11.3 LTS (Long term support) server software is completely free for RX300 device.
