Easy to assemble,basic building no signs or accessories
Easy to assemble,basic building no signs or accessories.I thought DPM would've sent some signs or accessories but it's just the building.Painting it took over an hour,assembling it only took fifteen minutes.I use it to cover up my Woodland Scenics Just Plug light hub and added one of the lights for the building

Detailed, well made item. Simple assembly for model builders. My layout has several other buildings, etc. made by this company, all impressive.

Budget Kit
The kit has four reasonably desent walls, but the roof is a think plastic sheet that you cut to fit. Instructions are terrible, with minimal illustrations. .

This kit is super basic and doesn't even come in a box like other ho building sets. I would not recommend.
