Super Bird Creations 16 by 9-Inch Galaxy Bird Toy, Large

I've bought this three times now. It's a tiny bit different each time i buy it, but it's essentially the same. I've looked at all the cost to make my own, since each component is sold separately, but this is a decent price for not having to make it myself. My conure is scared of it--he doesn't really use it. So when I got my G2 rescue, I put it in his cage, and he tore it up! It lasted about a week, pulling the balls off first, then chewing on the rings and tearing them apart. He loves the cardboard rings a lot.I"m going to buy this one for him for as long as he still seems to love it. He's really loving it. It's put together well. It has cardboard pressed rings, plastic chew toys, wooden balls and wooden squares, a bell, leather strips... plenty to play with and chew on. The ONLY thing I would say about the toy is that they use the quick links, which for smarter, bigger birds can be super dangerous. I would replace that and hang it with something safer. I use sisal rope or hemp rope to hang ours and toss out the quick link hanger.It's a good bird toy--one of our favorites so far.

My parrot will shy away from this toy. I have tried several different locations for it. He will play with one side but not with much gusto. I haven't given up on it. Will remove and return in a month.

So far so good! I have a really hard time getting my WB caique to play with toys. When I open her door, she always slips out. Being out is all she wants. But amazingly when I hung this toy, she went right back in to check it out. By the end of the day she had done some damage to it. It's rather pricey for what it is, but you know that going in so I can't really cut stars for that. What's important is she was attracted to it and spent some time with it.

I have a macaw, she destroyed it in less than 3 days. Which means she loved it, but it was not of the quality or durability for a large bird with a strong beak. I probably wouldn't buy it again for this reason. When you spend $20 on a toy that only lasts 3 days, it gets pretty expensive. This toy is probably best for medium sized birds.

Paulie loved this. I hung it in several different places around her cage and she's played with it no matter where it was located. Once all the little dangling toys where destroyed off it she had fun hanging on it and swinging on it until she had finally turned to chewing and destroying the birdie donuts themselves. This toy lasted a long time. I would definitely buy another one.

Sturdy toy, but for some reason my macaw has no interest in it, so only gave it 4 stars out of 5. Item was as I expected it to be, sizing was accurate, etc.

Not durable enough for macaws but big and he loved tearing it to pieces. Lasted almost two days.

My parrot's likes to chew and the rings are made of cardboard. Such, the toy lasted about three days and I had to find uses for the toys hanging from the rings.

My grey loves it, she doesn't care about the bell for some reason, but all the wood and knots are all chewed up!

was much bigger then I expected, but my Black capped green cheek loves it non the less! probably her number one favourite. so many things to chew and play with and things to climb and swing on!! super purchase
