Nice strong yarn with an interesting texture. I'm using this to make scarves using large knitting needles. I bought two balls that match nicely and have ordered more. It is fine yarn, so for a large project, you may need to order more than you normally would. The colors are very saturated and they are varied enough that a scarf will go with a lot of different colors. There were a few knots in the yarn, but I find these add interest to the knitted piece.

I ordered only 2 balls of this yarn. I cant wait to try it, although, the colors of the 2 balls are very different and cannot be used together on a small project. So the Sellers description of sending as close to the same color hues as possible was not that accurate. I received one ball of predominately blue tones and the other with mostly pink tones. So two very different balls. You would think with only two balls it would have been pretty easy to match the hues more closely.

So pretty. This yarn adds class to any project. The individual threads are made up by twisting together of recycled Silk Sari, which means they may be less well connected to each other than your garden variety store bought yarn, but the colors and shine more an make up for it.Its easy to knit and weave with, and has a distinctive lovely appearance however much your project uses (accent with it? use it for contrast bars? The sky is the limit).Terrific idea, very fun to design with and use.Way to Go!

Softer than the rainbow Sport Weight Recycles Silk. Easier to work with but still needed trimming along the way. Wonder why they can quick singe this before putting it up to get rid of the globs and stragles.?

This is a lovely yarn. However it was hard to unwind the ball. I do not recommend this for beginners (crochet or knitting) .

Looks exactly like the picture. The colors are bright and silky shiny. The yarn is thicker than I thought it would be HOWEVER i'm going to use a crochet pattern "besame by barocco" online...check it out. Should be perfect. Intriguing yarn unlike any other I've used. Fun to try something so exotic. It comes wrapped in a brown paper and tied with a sweet ribbon.. I liked that. Most importantly, it's recycled.

Not an easy yarn to work with because it is very stringy, but beautiful. Works up into a very intricate picture of colors. Not sure if it is worth the price.

This yarn is really bright and beautiful. I am in the process of deciding how to use it, so have not knitted it up yet. It is a little more stiff than the yarn I usually use, but will be great in scarves or even made into a belt. I will no doubt buy more of this nice yarn.
