Exceeded all my expectations. By the end of the first week I detected a beneficial change. Worth the cost and I’ll keep it up for the near future.

Decent purchase

For someone with reflux, a combo pre and probiotic is important for digestive health. I was truly impressed with how good the flavor was! Banana and cinnamon...light, real tasting, not artificial or overpowering at all. I mixed it into cold water. I think it would dissolve with warm beverages better and make an absolutely delicious winter drink. Seems like it would be great in teas and coffees and smoothies as well!

I like it but there is no way to get the clumps out no matter how long you stir. It might be better in smoothies if you have one every day but I don't.

Taste ok a tiny bit bitter ,mixes better in warm liquid than cold milk ,cinnamon banana flavor but good in a smoothie

Not for the price no results here

Been focused on my health lately. Did a lot of research. This brand and product really stands up to the test. Great tasting results from a quality powder supplement, excited to keep on the routine. Less heartburn and bloating so far, looking forward to focusing on more weight loss. Safety sealed jar arrived fast. This is really a good one to try!!!
