Canvas Laptop Backpack Shoulder Bag - College Outdoor - Fit 15" Laptop (Brown)

Very sturdy so far, doesn't stain easily, walked in the rain and it did fine, not too heavy after, didn't soak up too much water. Shoulder straps aren't padded, but are wide enough to stay on without digging into my shoulder. Zippers work great, magnet closure in front works well, snaps are easy to do and undo, but don't come apart unless I want them to. Plenty of space inside this thing. I really liked the backpack because it had just enough pockets to where you can carry what you need and nothing more, plus the size of the main pocket was pretty big. I was able to fit my 15 inch Lenovo Laptop in there along with an external cooling lap fan and some notebooks. But unfortunately, I just could not love it. Because of the material, the backpack cannot hold its shape very well when you have heavier stuff in there. So when i would put my binder and 3 notebooks in there the backpack would feel a little uncomfortable. Another con was that after a few months of using it for school everyday one of the two zippers started malfunctioning to where it would not properly close the backpack. Since it uses two zippers the other one was able to close that so it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall I really like the styling of the backpack, I just wish it was a little more stiffer so it could hold it's shape a little more. However for the price i would probably still buy it anyways I would give it 3 and 3/4 stars if i could .Update: I have now had this backpack for a few years and have loved how accommodating it is for whatever situation you need it for. This backpack went from being a school backpack to now being my personal carry on for weeknd trips and it has held the abuse of travel fairly well. The broken zipper finally broke off but it still has one zipper making the backpack functional. The inner laptop pocket has became unstitched but the overall canvas does not have a single tear. I still really like this bag even though its time start thinking of a new one.

I loved this bag for a few weeks - and then the zipper broke. Such a disappointment. Logged on to amazon to try to process a return online and it told me I was 4 days past the return deadline. I actually wanted to exchange it - and give another zipper a chance - because I liked everything else about this bag so much.

I was really pleased with this backpack for the first couple of months - it's cute, fairly comfortable, and has pockets for all of my essential items. HOWEVER, the main compartment's zipper broke within 2-3 months of my purchase, and the return window is only 30 days, so I felt stuck with it. I kind of MacGyvered it to work because I'm on a budget and couldn't afford another bag at the time, and today (about 6 months after purchase), the zipper broke completely beyond repair. SO dissapointed - a backpack should last for more than 6 months, IMO.

bought it for my daughter that is in college, her sony vaio laptop fits perfect, the side pockets for her water bottle is great, enough room for notebooks, books wallet, small umbrella, etc.. and she loves the vintage lookthis is an update, after few weeks the zipper broke, my daughter uses it for college with few books and her laptop, it is sad that they don't use a stronger better quality zipper for such a nice bag

I NEVER write reviews since I get lazy, but I like this backpack so much I felt inclined to write one out of my own will.I am living off campus next year for the first time and anticipate I'll be spending more time on campus than at home working on school work. I love the backpack I had before this one, and planned having it all four years of college, but since it's hard to fit my laptop in there (15.6'), I knew I would have to buy a bigger backpack.This backpack is super cute and is also incredibly spacious! I just got it today (early too!) and it fits three of my big notebooks, a textbook, and my laptop with room left over for other things. The front flap is also a pocket and is pretty big too! The sides have two water bottle holders. Seem to fit slimmer waterbottles, but not a problem! Bag is big without being looking awkwardly huge or overly bulky (and I'm only 5 ft tall so that says something). Additionally, this backpack actually made me feel better about living off campus, since I know I'll be able to fit a ton in there in case I need to be at school all day and work on stuff for all my classes.Definitely recommend!

Nice backpack! The canvas material is thick and very sturdy, very close in quality to a much more expensive backpack I purchased in Europe a few years back. I didn’t think I would like the large flap on the back, but it is a great place to put all of the pins I get every year attending various WordCamps. The only issue I have noticed is the laptop pouch. It is not padded at all, just a strip of nylon (Not sure what material?). My 15” MacBook Pro fits perfectly though. Anything longer or thicker probably won’t fit that well. Overall, I’m very happy with the product.
