Bought this pillow to see if memory foam would help with neck pain, and it did! Also nice that it doesn't lump up like most other pillows, so all in all very pleased with this. The shape is good, I like tucking it under my chin when sleeping. Comfy, can recommend :)

My pillow was out for over 50 hours and never regained shape. I was able to put it back in the box it came out of for the return. I was really looking forward to it but just didn't work out. It's hard to rate something that didn't work but I wanted to review based on what happened just in case someone else should have the same problem.

I wasn't expecting this to help my chronic neck pain as it is softer than other neck support pillows I have had in the past. I was wrong!! It is wonderful! It is like sleeping on a cloud/ marshmallow. It supports beautifully & gives me Fantastic night sleep. I highly recommend it!

Good support, it’s firm so if your not used to it, it will take some getting used to. It does have a smell, even after being aired out twice, so be prepared for that. It also took 2 days to pop back into shape after taking it out of the packaging.

This has provided the best nights sleep in months. It's great for back and side sleepers like myself. It's definitely recommended. Provided instant relief from neck to shoulder aches and pains. From my first night of using it, i've had no pain. And it's quite firm, but not hard, great pillow, very comfortable and supportive.

It came flat when it arrived. I let it sat for a few day & then slept for a while to give comment. Before using it, I have to turn my head from time to time as I didn’t feel comfortable. After using it, I can sleep straight without turning (at least I know). Recommend!
